Has anyone seen any strange lights in Sandy Valley? To be more specific - strange glowing orbs the size of soccer balls that seem to shift & maneuver in the air at very high speeds one second & then suddenly stop to a floating stand still the next?

I was driving through there late one night around 2:30 am when I seen these strange lights moving freely about in the air, as if they were following me, yet keeping their distance. I'm not sure how else to explain it. I know it sounds crazy & that I might possibly be a lunatic, but I want to know if anyone else has seen them.

I know what I saw & am certain of it because the experience lasted about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes as I drove through the hills & winding road into Sandy Valley & then back out. Once I was out of the area, the strange event stopped as I got closer to the I-15 freeway. Is there a scientific & logical explanation for what transpired before my very eyes? That's what I'm hoping for. Did I lapse into a state of temporary hallucinations or is there something more to those strange glowing orbs? I would like to get to the bottom of this.
