Sandy Valley Middle School Student Council is presenting a benefit golf tournament.

Saturday, September 16, 2006 the tournament will be played at the Black Mountain Golf and Country Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. The rate is $85 which must be prepaid with registration. The fee includes cart fees, green fees, themed buffet luncheon and two non-alcoholic drink tickets per player.

Any cancellations must be made prior to August 22, 2006. No refunds will be given after this date.

Dress Code: Black Mountain Golf and Country Club requires all men to wear a collared golf shirt with sleeves and slacks or shorts of mid-length. Ladies are permitted to wear a collared sleeveless shirt or crew neck shirt with sleeves. Shorts must be mid-length. No aerobic wear, spandex or spaghetti straps.
