III PLANNING AND ZONING
A. TA-0324-06-HORTON DR, INC: TEXT AMENDMENT to amend Title 30 to allow multiple family dwellings (tri-plex) in the RUD zoning district.
B. WS-0315-06-PETERSON, DEBORAH: WAIVER OF STANDARDS to waive the stipulation requiring a drainage study and a street improvement plan in conjunction with a minor subdivision map on 8.0 acres in an R-U (Rural Open Land) Zone. Generally located on the south side of Borax Avenue and the west side of Tuskegee Street within Sandy Valley.

IV DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning a request to pave Osage from Quartz to Onyx.
B. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning a request to pave Jade from Miami to the West.
C. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning the pilot program for better utilizing the Republic Services convenience center. Matter to be consider include, but are not limited to, a reservation system, a per load limitation, a stand-by arrangement and the hours of operation
